F121 User Management DB Corruption Message / HDD Backup message

Hey all, had something happen last week that we've never seen before. Got a HDD error - User Management DB Corruption. Formatted, reinstalled FW, no problem. Now we're getting a "Please make a backup of HDD data." message.

Should we be getting a new HDD ready for this machine? Swap preemptively? Let it ride? We've never seen this. If you need the report that the machine emails us, let me know.

I would definitely clone the addressbook soonest, then order a replacement drive for the day it quits.

If I was on-site for another reason, I'd get the drive replaced on that day.

Did you say what model it was? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Ack! I did not - 3005ac.

We got a spare drive ready to go. Next time we're up that way, we'll swap it out.
