If you have one of these size options: US Folio = 210x330, or Foolscap Folio (British Imperial Cut), or SRA4, or F4 Southeast Asia, or C4 Envelope, or Oficio (Colombia) it should work. A difference of 5mm in page length is usually not detected as a jam.

Most often for me, it's envelopes that are odd sized (difficult to set up), so I wrote this procedure for #9 envelopes. You'll have to make the appropriate alterations for your custom paper size, media type.

For US users: There's a quirk on Toshiba devices. You have to ability to enter inch measurements into the print driver, but not into the MFP screen. So even if those measurements are properly converted, the exact inch measurement will not size match with the exact metric measurement. Always user metric measurements on both.

    On your PC:
Search > Printers & Scanners > open queue > Printers > drop to Properties > Preferences > Other > Custom Paper Size > Add > set A (short dimension in mm: 100) > set B (long dimension in mm: 225) > name the new paper size "Envelopes9" > OK > Apply. When printing select the new custom paper size, select Envelope media type. When the MFP asks for UNIV, load envelopes SEF (short edge first), face down, 12 or less quantity, to the bypass tray (move green handle, insert envelopes, release green lever).

Since you are using Plain media type, you should be able to select duplex in your print driver. This setup will request loading the media to the bypass tray. In the User Menu you have to option to set up a Custom Paper size. If it is the exact same measurements and same name that you selected in the driver, it should choose that paper and be able to duplex.

Complicated? Yes, but it works. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
