TOSHİBA 166 WIN 10 compatible driver is required.(Toshiba There is the latest Win8 compatible version on their website.)

... you can try the Toshiba e2802AF driver but there is no support avaialable from Toshiba Tec anymore. This model was introduced in 2007 and discomtinued in 2011.
