The dreaded C97/0 code I would examine/clean chargers/housings/plastics maybe even put some electrician tape between chargers and plastic.Originally Posted by Oystercopy

Never mind, I got it. The Magenta corona was broken just like the black. Put some corona dope on the ends of the magenta drum, but the yellow needs it too. Remind me again WHY I would ever want to work on Toshiba again?? LOL
