Set correct date and time in web page.

This is a Lexmark rebadge. Check that the toner cartridge contact set is not broken or damaged. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Have you tried a simple Factory Reset?

If you think the toner cartridge is ok, to me it sounds that your machine might have come from a different Region or something? Maybe a setting on one of the menus?

Could it be that it had a Lexmark toner cartridge installed, not a Toshiba cartridge? Or vice-versa? I'd think the EEPROM would be coded differently. The reset may have changed the manufacturer to Toshiba. Just out of curiosity, if you go to the web interface, what model and manufacturer show on the screen? =^..^=

That was exactly what I thought. Recently bizhub 4050 and so started to exhibit the same messages and we all know they are Lexy rebadges. Same can apply for Toshiba equivalent.
Just a thought as I really don't have an idea what beast is 385s, by 3 digits I could guess it's A4 model but that's all 🤣

Re: Toshiba 385s invalid factory configuration problem

When Toshiba first started selling rebadged Lexmarks, I was told by a Toshiba engineer that if you put the Lexmark FW on the machine instead of the FW files from Toshiba it will break the toner chip recognition. I never tested it, but I'm wondering if that may have happened here?
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
