Toshiba 3510c - Diagonal banding on cyan only

Hi,I was getting a CE40 error due to cyan not printing well.I have managed to get the cyan to print enough to now no longer CE40 on me, but there is noticeable banding with cyan. See PDF attached.Would anybody be able to help me with this issue?Thanks!

there were probs with mag rollers tosh changed the roller to a fluted type

before you spend youre wonga on dev try scuffing up thr mag roller surface with fine sandpaper works for me
