    Xerox Docucolor 250

    Hi

    I have a problem with a light band running through light colours e.g. creams which doesn't show up on darker prints.
    I have tried new drum units, checked the transfer belt and fuser and I can't see anything visible causing the issue.

    Clean the ROS windows and check the mag rollers for blockage.

    Agree. Looks like toner dusting on the yellow ROS window.

    Agree. Yellow ROS unit needs cleaning.
    Try printing out an A3 with the 4 colour bands on it C,M,Y & K the width of the page and about 3 - 4 inch in depth. That will let you see if it is just the one ROS unit or both of them.
    Also check the suction filter, ozone filter and CC filter this is usually caused by excess dust in the machine.
    Change them if needed
