    Xerox 5645 series eeprom .bin

Hello friends. I wanted to know if for the xerox 5645 series there is the possibility to reset the chips for the xerographic module (113r00672) and the fuser (109R00751). more than anything else I wanted to know which eeprom I could use instead of the original xerox90 eeprom. obviously I would also need the .bin
thanks as always for the help

    Hi
yes you can reset by replacing new drum Crum Chip and Fuser Crum Chip.

I want to know which eeprom I can use. On the xerox dc440 and on the xerox dc12 I use the eeprom 24c02.

Enzo, a 24c01 may work. I have the pic of a file with 20 copies if needed, but I don't think I was able to program that eprom to satisfy the 56 series - I don't remember because by the time the count is 0, the unit is worn out anyway - and I didn't pursue it further. The oem prom that is on my 56 series is XC01, able to be read with a 24c01 protocol. My suggestion would be to buy an aftermarket and copy it, or atleast see what the eprom is. The X90 was used in the Lakes products, and there was something in there that reset the count. Placing used chips in a rebuilt cartridge gradually confused the machine xerographic count, as it does on the 123 family. Once a new chip was installed, it was happy. Got a pile of new X90 chips and didn't pursue that further either. Not much help, but hope you succeed.

Thanks friend! I would be happy to receive the pic of the eeprom. I would like to try using an eeprom instead of the original chip. I have read on the internet that the 5645 series needs the eprom 24c16. Surely I will have read wrong!

I have unsoldered the fuser chip and inside there is an eeprom atmlu03002b, that it would be practically a 24C02. Correct me if I'm wrong. At this point I would need the .bin file of both the fuser and the xerographic module. can any of you help me? thank you

Enzo, it appears your pm is full and will not accept any more messages, including the pic. So I will post it here. binjunkIMG_20190113_193434_resized_20190113_105129188 (1).jpg

    It never will works.
The machine software make a test on the chip device.
So you must use XC01 chip and proper software to write in protected chip area.
