Sorry to say, but after working with XEROX machines for 40 years I have to tell you that even us, trained service technicians, have to make a call to Support Centre. Then they will calculate a new PIN for the machine.
If you are not a certified technician they can't help you.

It allows you to print certain number until restart, e.g. 4000 pages, then after the restart the number is reset.

I also have this problem, I was explained that is due to have put American firmware on EU machine.

The solution is to buy a new or used American NVR and replace your rest of the world one. They do not cost that much.

I can provide you with the copy of firmware for sd card you need to clone it and insert in your machine and then insert formatted hard disk and install firmware for manual upgrade version 73.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx

BTW, I found there is new version which came out March this year 074.180.001.06000.

You can find it if you google for Xerox software spreadsheet.

It is American version though. So won't do anything. How do you know, yours is non-US? Why can't you share it via drive?
