Post Building database of how-to videos for Xerox

I am currently working on building up a database of how to videos for Xerox machines that is free to use. It will all be on youtube and i will post the link below (any subs would be appreciated). If you have any requests for videos you can PM me, we are also trying to include other things like print drivers, scanning etc.

I like it! In fact I have been suggesting for years that people do this.. whether here or on YouTube!

Youtube frowns on 6+ hour videos.

    Maybe in the future.

    Some things to consider...

Are the videos going to be overall generic to all copiers/printers or specific to make and model?

If specific to make and model machine they will go out of date leaving a youtube data base full of redundant videos.

    Good idea though....

A lot of them will be general copier / printer fixes. Of course a lot will be machine specific but I still see people working on machines from 10-15 years ago on here. I am getting all my older stuff up first and working on models as I get them so I will just keep updating.

All of these videos are either for customers (easier stuff) and for some out of state techs I help so I need them and a place for people to view them no matter what. I was just hoping to help out some fellow techs along the way if I can.

That’s crazy, I just sent your video for the ibt belt to a tech because I didn’t have one to make a video.

Post a regular updated index.html page with all the youtube URL's here to CTN.
The simple column index.html page should have a heading name, date, model, make, rating and last updated etc...
Optional columns might be titled : service manual pages [1 to n],life span [K]...

    Hope it works for you....
