Xerox Dc 260 error code 077-109

Dear All,paper jam with error 077-107 in right exit door. it happens with only printing on label stock only ( when i hit blank copy paper is passed out no issue ) but when i print it stucks (label only) other paper card stock and plain paper working fine.I have tried changing 1. Fuser units (3 different) 2. complete right exit door assembly 3. both sensors in right door and sensors before and after fuser unit4 resetting all nvm 5. checked any paper jamNeed help many thanks

Hi.
-What size and weight is the paper ?.
-If you load the paper you indicate that it is "thick paper" the machine prints it ?.
- Label stock is not a recommended material for the machine,
generally adhesive paper is used and then die-cut. This prevents the Label Stock from sticking inside the equipment

Have you tried to send the print as plain paper not as label stock

I have tried to send print command as heavyweight 1, label 1, coated 1 also tried coated 2.
