Error code 041-392 on D125

Yesterday there was a paper jam that we took out. A fault code popped up 061-330. After we rebooted the machine, we got the red screen with fault code 041-392.

Turned off and unplugged the machine overnight. Still getting the red screen with 041-392.

that chain code is in the SM... have you looked in it?

But your machine must be at least at 83.25.1 IOT-SW.
I think that you should call a tech.
