Xerox C75 Duplex problem

Hello...almost certain I had this issue with a past adaptation of InDesign, and it disappeared. Has all the earmarks of being back once more. Maybe reintroduced with ID 2018? I don't do a great deal of printing from ID nowadays so it's difficult to state.

so is the problem with software or hardware?
