hi i have a xerox wc 7225 printing the copies are coming out very clear and okey but photocopying copies are very light what could be the problem

clean the scanner.. mirrors lens

if NG try adjusting/calibrating scanner

As above, clean the optics, these are notorious for dust getting into everything in the scanner assembly, after cleaning perform a white reference from diagnostics.
