    where did you find that? I checked eureka and general procedures and written nowhere about the password reset to serial number!

    Question: i have update to latest firmware and after firmware update, the admin password that was set has been overwritten by something else. I use Versalink Admin Password Reset, which only wake up the printer and nothing seem's to happen.

    Do mention that i change the admin password last year and always working before updating to latest firmware.

    I do test "1111" and "1111" and "serial_number" has password, whithout success.

    Also the machine is look lock due to multiples attemps.

    My printer seem's to not reset at all.

    Hello,

    Just to be sure:
    In my case the pw after reset/update was not "serial_number" but it was the actual serial number from the Back of the machine.

    Thank you ! This is mentioned no where in the documentation supplied with the 6515 printer! I went through the intial setup and unfortuneately configured the port for the email wrong. No way to change it with out the admin pass word that i did not know nor had not set
