xerox 550 fuser not fusing 300 gsm paper anyone know the nvm to change the value of temperature for fuser.
please help if anybody know any solution for it.

i tryed to replace 744-043 to 1 machine says it is write protected. how can i chang that ??

are you sure the paper weight has been defined properly in driver and on unit?

how many pages on the fuser?

yes its x-hev wate (240 to 300gsm) in driver and machine

fuser count is around 6 lakh but i replaced it with new one .

I am having xerox 250 also the fuser works fine on that but it not fuse on 550. As it is not that hot as it is on 250.
So is there any way to increase temp of fuser ?

Go to Printing Options tab in printer driver and select High Quality in Print Quality menu.
Then go to Advanced tab -Advanced Settings and select Enhanced in Gloss Level option.
