I just received a new versalink c405, we were having some issues with it so we factory reset it. We had never changed the default password prior to resetting. Now when setting it back up, it states that the printer is using the default password, but whenever i enter 1111, it states the password is incorrect. Is this something you can assist with? Possibly resetting to see if that solves the issue?

I recently bought one of the printers brand new and liked it so much I bought a second one for home from ebay. Problem is that it has a non compatible fixed IP address and someone has changed the default admin password. Could someone help me reset the password? Its a 2017 model.

I'm the newer IT tech for a company that doesnt have admin login credentials because last it tech refused to provide them to the customer. Is there anyway you could send the password reset code to avoid performing factory default?

Hi I have a Xerox Versalink C405 locking me out of the admin menu to change the network setting, I've searched the service manual to reset the Admin password but it says to call 2nd level support, can you help me?

Hi, I have a 2 year old Versalink C400, and I cannot login on admin with 1111, although I think I have done it previously. Can anyone help. I think i need to login to be able to set up wifi printing. Thank you
