Per Xerox Tech Support, Newer machines with recent firmware use the serial number as the admin password. Once in, you can change the admin to whatever you want.

I got my code and following the instructions in the manual.I cant find the direct print utility.Why does Xerox make it so hard.Other manufactures I just have to go into service mode.
OK I found the software and got it working.Thank you Xerox for making everything harder than it should be.
I am 3rd party for a nonprofit and their old IT has changed the admin password on the Versalink c4505 , will someone please assist getting the password reset?

I too have managed to get locked out of the Admin log in on a C405 plus had a change of WiFi (forced upon us by a change in landlord), are you able to still help us? I can send you the serial number, report and impressions. I didn't want to just email out of the blue, seemed to be a bit rude to that
