    Colorqube 9301 Error 94-534

    I got an Colorqube 9301 with Shows error 94-534 (Drum Drive Belt slip),
    Ive allready replaced the Drum-Belt (was wearn out) and cleaned it,
    the I replaced the Drum Drive Position Encoder on front without success
    and als the complete Registration/Preheat unit

    have someone an hint, what it can else ?

    Its mainly due to drum slipping and if you have replaced the belt for worn out. It could be debris issue only clean the drum pully & drum motor pulley thoroughly with alcohol.

    The fault code appears after main motor starts rotation or after some time. Check transfix roller binding also.

    Cleaned the drive with brake-cleaner, but with no success, maybe I replace him, with an Altalink or Versalink 8035

    I spend very much each year, to keep the 2 CQ9301 running, allways problems with umically pipes and printheads

    Take the new belt off and check it, some new belts are coming through still covered in release agent.

    Pinch the belt together and try to rub one side past the other, if it slips the belt needs cleaning, dump in hot water with washing up liquid and scrub the grooves with a nail brush, rinse in clean hot water and let dry. Now should be much less slippery.

    thanks, I will try it, it got am second new belt in stock and I will try to mount this

    Ive replace the old belt with an new one, but got the same issue, It will not work,

    Andy other hint ?
    or I Need some calibrations too ?

    Drum drive motor, drum driver pwb, defective rear bearing - PL94.20 item 3 = 020K20552
    Before replace pulley check T30 screw holding pulley to the drum.

    I try to use the Diagnostic mode with Drum,

    when I remove the Tranfix Roller at the Test, it will past the test,
    If I install it, it will fail, I think is was the Problem, because there are some INK rests still on the Drum from the before Printout, that failed,
    I try to remove it, with no really success,t
    then it was possible to print 2 pages, before it fault again,

    in PEST-History I got the error 99-214 (24V Power not stabile)
    could it also be the Problem ?
    Im on the end now,
    sometime he will print 1-2 cleaning page (empty ones), that the cleaning with the Image will stuck then in 3b,

    This error is from SBC CPU fan
