Xerox C570 - Error 093-317

As in title, we have a problem with a Xerox C570 with error 093-317. We have changed toner, changed drum, changed toner motor.
Only thing not changed is the toner dispenser. The toner dispenser is the black long thing that all toner motors are mounted to?

We have a C560 spare machine. Is it possible to use the dispenser from that?

Remove black developer housing and inspect the gears.

Problem solved.

It was the MVN number 762-371 that had the error 3.
The normal 762-315 was 0.

If the original issue which caused 752-315 to bump up to 3 was not resolved, it will come back. However, with everything you replaced, you probably got it.

Thanks a million for that information. That error (093-317) appeared immediately after I had replaced the black dev unit from my 242 into my 550. I only intended for it to be a temporary solution until I find the time to refill the other one. This error was doing my head in, I thought I had put the dev unit in the wrong way, or something, and had it out and in about 6 times, before I read your post. Thanks again, I've written it down for future reference (although, I seem to always forget that I've written things down ;-D )
