Xerox 770 error code 78-152 jams

Hi.

Getting random jams with the code 78-152 from the high capacity deck

it doesn't jam on heavy 300gsm+ card and only on the lighter stuff

I have changed the pickup rollers etc in the trays to be sure.

The paper is set up as 130gsm coated media and I'm getting jams roughly every 20 sheets or so, its never a double fed sheet and it stops as it gets into the engine.

Any suggestions?

There should be a couple of adjustments that can be made on the HCF. One for the air(inboard side), one for the forward finger pressure (by the nudge roller) and one on the outboard side.
