    Service mode on xerox workcentre 5632

    Let's see if you can help me, I need to go into service mode on a xerox workcentre 5632, the error changed ozone filter change, I put you in situation,
    I have bought this equipment used and in good condition, the fuser life is 98% but the message to change the ozone filter has been skipped and the fuser is correct as I could erase the ozone filter PM so that I can print and copy again ?

    Hello, before making the post I had already seen this video, the problem is that I do not need to change the fuser, life is 98% it seems that the one who placed it at the time did not change the filter and now to reset the problem I have I need to enter the service menu to reset the filter alone!
