Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-V C2265 not recognising lower paper trays

Hi, we have installed a couple of years ago at the time the customer had ordered the machine on a 3 drawer stand, but decided to put the machine on a desk instead. Now they have moved the machine so we have put it on the 3 drawer stand, unfortunately their machine only recognises the original tray and the first tray of the 3 drawer stand - not the other 2 drawers. I'm thinking there must be something in the initial setup to tell it of the other drawers. Any ideas?
