not printing

i have a xerox Dc250 whats happening is i have installed the print drivers on the pc but it cant print, the machine status is showing the machine is online and even the toner levels i can see them but it cant print this is when i go to devices and printers but when i use command workstation its printing what could be the problem

Try to change port settings to LPR and queue name set to print (lower case)
