Hello,
I have this squarefold trimmer for a long time and was never used. It was working before, but now it throws 13-918 jam in E3.

I have connected two jacks from finisher but not sure if i have to connect "network cable" from finisher?

Remove the trimmer and locate the the plastic guide from the booklet maker exit. It screws into the underside, cut about 2" off it. Unless you have the short one that come with the trimmer.
