a little ore info is needed:

when does the error appear?
boot?
warm up
trying to print?

did you even search CTN for like issues?

it occurs when trying to print most times, and some times upon boot up.
I have removed the tray and reconnected all the wires, and cleansed transfer belts and gears.
i have turned on with out the firey on and booted up with no faults

It could be firey related..

Not knowing your skills, I would be inclined to pass on this DIY and hire local.

2nd BTR retract fail

Really easy to fix, first order an new 2nd BTR

In the mean time open the front door and locate the 2nd BTR. On the front side of the plastic cover for the drawer, look for a small opening with a black and yellow disk behind it. It has a place to insert a Flathead screwdriver, rotate it clockwise several times. now power off and on the printer, It should go away for the time. But once again order another 2nd BTR
