Stains on the back of the print

Good companions, I need your knowledge.
I have a Versant 180 to which I have changed four times the 2 BTR because it stains the prints behind me throughout.
It always happens with 300gr paper and when the BTR is already shredded and blanket on any type of paper. They are lines throughout the impression. Each BTR is taking about 80000 impressions when it should last up to 300000.
Of all the Versant that I have, it is the only one that does it to me, I don't know if the client is putting paper of poor quality or more gramage, but the question is that it scratches all 2 BTRs.
I know the problem is the BTR because I change it and they last for a while. But you know some way to regulate or configure it to last longer impressions.
    Thank you.

I take it your stock is coated silk. The Versant BTRs hate this and will not last. Rumours are that a modified BTR is on the way but until then, just keep changing it.
