C70 Cyan misalignment.

Hello. I am not a Xerox tech and would appreciate any help if this is a known issue. I have a Cyan registration problem that appears every 2 inches and lasts for an 1.5 inches (lead to trail). It must be something rotating. I have a feeling something within in the transfer belt?
- I swapped drums. no help
- I ran calibration and registration adjustment.

Bump and correction. This is front to rear, not lead to trail.
