This GP has a note not shown on your screenshot. You need a “Feature Installation Key” to disable the CRUM RFID. You’ll need to contact a Xerox dealer in your area to get one.

The toner situation on these 59xx series has been frustrating for many. Personally I have not had to disable the RFID. When I run into one of these service calls I cringe because you may have to play “musical chairs” with toner bottles to get it to work. Other times you’ll need to do a firmware update and/or an altboot. It gets to be a real pain in the ass. No silver bullet. Good luck.

I understand. Unfortunately, I can’t create one for you. I would have to have a malfunctioning machine in my service territory that required one. Xerox would require the serial number, my tech ID number, the call ID number and a lot of other information before they would issue me a key. It’s a big deal. Xerox is extremely protective of these sorts things. Sorry, I can’t help you. I would try an Altboot.
