Paper jam after registration

Hello guys , am having issues with a xerox c560 , jam right after registration module while printing color prints , but it goes very well through while printing black and white, I have resat all the cables on every board but still in vain
The code it's showing is 077-939

Did you remove iot nvm battery before this problem?
