Job deleted due to system image error , Xerox Workcentre 7655

Hey guys,

I got this error whenever I do network scan "Job deleted due to system image error" its a Xerox Workcentre 7655, I did the security image overwrite on demand, full overwrite , and also did the image test and was ok.

Appreciate any help.

Reload machine software and everything will be ok.

I replaced the fiery, then this SW upgrade happened automatically once I switched on the machine, I still have same problem with the scan, same error message

I second reloading software. In my experience Xerox's software isn't that stable. But it could also be a scanner issue. I had an older DC250 with the piggyback network controller box, it would error out and need shut down and unplugged, even after reloading software. Cant buy that network adapter anymore, so they have to deal with it.
