you have given us NO info to help other than to dig for more things needed:

how long since pm's done?

what are the lifes on the drums/belt/fuser?

oem or compatible supplies?

any error codes?

do you have a SM?

have you tried to clean it?

clearly not a tech... ( if you were and you called Xerox tech support you'd get laughed at and hung up on)

seeing the 'tiger stripes' indicates to me that you have developer issues.

That's your Dev bias board. Not had it on a workcentre but have had this exact output on a Versant.

Stop printing as all your Dev will be going out to the waste container and you will need to refill again
