    Xerox C60 117-348

    Hi,

    Code 117-348 on C60. The Machine doesn´t boot. black screen + fault code 117-348.
    Bot possible to get in the technician program wit 6789....

    i think the fault depends on the sd-card ( the sd-card was changed ) .

    my Question :
    Can i format this changed sd-card to work in this C60 ?
    Hot to format ??

    Or do i need to buy a new Xerox SC-Card from Xerox. Which part code has this new SD-Card ?

    Hi you have problem fix it need install new software

    necessary procedureDownload Software from USB Drive

    1. Copy the software ( .bin) file(s) and any supporting documentation from GSN library 11623 to the PWS.
    2. Insert the USB Drive into the PWS. In the root directory, create a directory labeled dwld.
      NOTE:
      Generally, the All-in-One file is used when upgrading to a newer version of software. If you are reinstalling software at the same version, you must use individual files, as the All-in-One option will not overwrite a file of the same version. When installing individual files the machine software version will display as either all zeroes or as the last file that was downloaded. This is a display issue only. Loading the All-in-One file after loading individual files will correct this.

    3. Copy the appropriate software file(s) from the PWS to the dwld directory on the USB Drive.
    4. Insert the USB Drive into the USB connector on the front panel.
    5. Turn On the power while pressing the Energy Saver button. Hold the Energy Saver button until “ Download Mode” is displayed (approximately 15 seconds).
    6. After approximately 30 seconds the screen will display “ TRANSFERRING” followed by “ Processing 0/10, 1/10, ....10/10”.
      NOTE:
      The Interrupt light will flash continually during the software upgrade.

      (Download time: Approx. 10 min.)
    7. When the download is done, the machine will reboot and print out a “Software Upgrade Report”.
    8. Remove USB Drive after Software transfer.

    the sd card is not a blank card it contains the bios for the copier so if you put a blank one in it will not work.
    Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.
