XEROX J75 Press Error Code 012-254

Hi,

Please does anyone know how to go about XEROX J75 Press Error Code 012-254, 012-264. Paper keeps jamming at finisher. I've checked all areas of finisher and there is no pieces of paper jam.

Folder Envelope Tray Switch does not turn OFF a spec time after Envelope Tray Lock Solenoid ON



When Finisher Front Door Interlock was closed, Booklet Drawer Set Sensor sensed it was open.

When Finisher Front Door Interlock was closed, Booklet Drawer Set Sensor sensed it was open.

Thanks for the response. Please what would be the remedy, as I don't have the service manual for this model.

Ensure that the booklet drawer is closing fully and properly meshing with the connector. If that is okay, try replacing the finisher door interlock.
