My Epson 7800 boots halfway and then freezes. Can anyone assist with what might be causing that? Thanks

extra tray... ram?

dis connect w/ pwr off.. boot.. if good pwrdn connect one at a time .. let it boot..

does it have a HDD or a PS HDD?


it would be helpful if you answer these Q's in the OP.

if you called Epson on this they would need all that info.

Sorry but I think we're talking about two different machines. My fault entirely. I posted in the wrong thread initially and without sufficient details. The machine we've got is an Epson stylus pro 7800.
