Need 700 Press Firmware

Anyone help, Today i just try to play arround with updating firmware. updating was sucsess, the version has been changed. but when i start to copy test, the error comes up 124-372, and i am sure its indicate from software update. sadly i have no backup. pls anyone know how to restore or dowgrade to my prev. firmware??here is my firware before :
ESS : 1.130.5
IOT : 54.54.0
IIT : 2.4.2
ADF : 12.3.0

if anyone here have bin.file i would be apreciate..
