Having strange problem with my DC242. It is jamming SRA3 300 gsm paper, but when I cut same paper to A3 size (or to A4) it prints without a problem. Also SRA3 100-250 gsm prints fine.

On screen I'm getting error 077-909. Any ideas what could be wrong?

what tray are you feeding from?

what are the tray setting on machine?

what size/weight is the file expecting the media to be?

Feeding from Tray 5 (bypass). I have tried all default settings, coated, heavyweight etc. No luck. But as I already mentioned I can print from same tray lighter SRA3 or A3 300 gsm. Having problem only with SRA3 300 gsm.

Paper is jamming just before exit sensor:

I actually figure out.. Problem was that paper size was 460 mm long not 450 mm as per SRA3 spec. Paper was sold as SRA3 size so I didn't check
