Work centre 7855 blank display and all lights on

Greetings all, I am working on a 7855 Xerox and seem to have the same problem of machine not powering up but all lights are on. When I checked the LED behind the machine it shows 8. The customer mentioned the machine was okay but as they tried to turn it on the following morning the machine couldn’t start. Your help will be appreciated thank you.

How about reloading firmware.

Tried that but no luck, the issue is the machine is not even attempting to boot as the moment the switch is turned on just the lights around the LCD are constantly turning on and the machine doesn’t allow for anything else. Thank you

how did you try to reload firmware?

did you perform ALTBOOT?

Check power to SBC pwb if power is ok replace SBC pwb

[8ternity]

Check hard drive health with a PC. Software are loaded into drive and sometimes his happened.

Try another hard drive with Alt Boot.
