Xerox Workcentre 5335 change copy/scan/fax default "auto detect" to "letter size"

Trying to change the default copy/scan/fax paper size from "auto-detect" to "8 1/2 X 11" but having no luck finding it. Checked service manual but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have sincerely looked in the service manual and user guide for guidance on this. No where can I find a place where I can changed the default to 8 1/2 x 11 on copies, scans, and faxes. It defaults to “auto detect”...does anyone have a solution? Thanks.
