    Hi guys

    I have a little problem with pcui for this machine.

    This appear ui error 102-310, i was try the solution that appear on xerox page and didnt work.

    any can help me with any solution for that?

    Description

    The SYS PWB detected a UI Logic Failure.

    • Power Off and then Power On the machine.

    Fault Code 102-310 is still declared after performing Initial Actions above. Yes No Unanswered
    If an intermittent condition is suspected, go to OF 17 Intermittent Fault RAP, otherwise return to Service Call Procedures.


    Perform the following in the order listed:

    • If the PCUI is inoperative, go to the Dell OptiPlex 760 Service Manual and troubleshoot or call 2nd Level Support.
    • Ensure that the Ethernet cable connecting the PCUI to the IOT is correctly and securely connected.
      Swap the cable with a known good Ethernet cable to eliminate the possibility of a defective cable.
    • Replace the SYS PWB ( PL 14.21).
    • Go to the Eureka Web Site and check if there is a Eureka Tip for this procedure.
    • If unsuccessful, escalate to the next higher level of support.
