I changed on machine, Laser (ROS), flat cabels, IOT board, Main computer....... what now?

I change the board, and now they ask me: software options - enter the software key.

Australia machines have the software keys in the hideaway hole in the tray, not sure were you store yours. If we loose ours, we get them from our web portal...

I am confused. why you lost data or software key information when you replaced the BP Board. This is only a connector ...as a rise board.
