4112 HFSI unavailable

Has anyone encounters not being able to get into the HFSI area in Diag on a 4112? Is there a nvm that you can set to lock that area out by chance?

Have a machine that when you try and click on it the machine says "The selected item or feature is unavailable".

i think a PWS is required for that .
