I have a Xerox dc252 i need the firmware can any help me??

Only the firmware is not enough. You'll also require those tools and supplies:
• PWS Laptop with:
- DC242/252/260 SW Download Tool V1.0.0
- GSN Release 9.0 or Higher PWS Software
- GSN Lock
• USB Cable (p/n 600T02231)
• Color Test Pattern (p/n 82E13120)

Anyway I have the firmware, if you need it I can send it.

I'm in the south of Sweden and Xerox technicians come from Copenhagen but Denmark is shut down due to the Corona virus. I'm not a technician but in this situation I have to find a way.


After restored DC252 to factory defaults , Fiery Command can't find the IP and Network icon not active on DC.
I guessed the problem with the firmwear.


What do you think ?
How to solve this problem?

you set factory defaults.. that's why the IP is lost. you have to match the ip with fiery ip scheme. factory should be used ONLY in an emergency last resort.

Well maybe someone will sell you a PWS with all cables and software's needed. This is a very big problem we techs face... end users thinking they have the tools and skills needed to fix their units.

Do you mean to copy a file with USB in the dc252?
