xerox dcciii 3300 cant turn on

hello everyone,

i have one xerox dcciii3300 used for 4 years already.my machine cant turn on but still got sound and fuser still can heat up.only touchscreen no display and also enerygy saver no power.this problem happen few times already last year.but after i press reset gfi breaker wait 15second.my machine can use again.but this times machine still remain no display.can anyone know this problem?thank you

try cleaning RAM gold contact point. i usually rub both side of the gold contact point using eraser.

you checked if there is a good power line

pls check 3.3 v power supply located rear of machine ..there are 3 types of vertical small sizes power supply range 3.3 v to 5 v
