Fuji Xerox DC-IV C5070
Hi All,
I am working on a Fuji Xerox, DC-IV C5070. I powered on the machine but its not fully booted. It stops at 3 of 6. I did clear log on HDD Drive and it did booted up but then the error code 116-353 appears. I did initialized and formatted the HDD Drive but the error code still appearing.
Is there any possible ways of overcoming the error code? Or is there are way to isolate the HDD Drive?

replace the hard disk, update the firmware.

GIUBOSS I did changed the Hard Disk and updated the firmware... But still the same could it be the Hard Disk Cable or the whole board???

Have you installed the latest firmware? If the HD is good and it works I don't think it's the cable but the control board at this point. First disconnect the memory modules and clean the contacts with an eraser.
