Hello friendsI have Xerox wide format machine 6204, ithe says "add toner" even if toner is added.When it switched on it comes on wwith "add toner" message on the screen.I replace another developer tank with a different ATC senserror but the same problem. Is there a possibility ththat MCU /main board is locked and if possibleverything, how can I unlock it?Another thing, is there any NVM value that I can change to remove that messagets because the machine has failed to work. Please I need some help.

are you using the proper toner for the unit?

any other errors listed?

The operator was using bad toner but the second developer tank I brought had genuine toner/good toner but failed

did you recalibrate the machine with the correct toner/dev in?

what does the error log say as far as errors?

you claim to be trained on Xerox equipment did you run the proper RAPS from the service manual after replacing the parts?

do you HAVE a service manual for this unit?

i don't know of any product that doesn't auto calibrate supplies where you don't have to cali/adjust the machine when installing new dev unit.
