Install phase incomplete xerox 5775

Anybody out there knows how to get rid of the error "Install Phase Incomplete" on a Xerox 5775. I've read some posts here and they say you have to reset or change the value of certain parameters (dc 131, 03-005 and 03-018 ) from 0 to 4, unfortunately I cannot access the service menu with the pass codes provided => 2845490 / 1934 .

Any help is appreciated...
