If you have a 7845 that keeps rebooting, 1 thing that can help determine why is by using the POST codes. (Power On Self Test) Look for the 7 segment display located near the network plug. Just before the machine reboots, see what is showing in this display. There are more than one reason for constant reboots. You can have corrupt software (would require an altboot or a forced altboot). It can be as simple as a corrupt print job trying to print (booting up with the network cable out lets it boot up ready, plugging the cable back in causes the reboot - fix is the clear the print queue on the computer printing to it), It could be defective SD card or a bad single board controller. Check that the small fan on the SBC is working, if it's not, your SBC might be blown.
