Keep an eye out for unusual "odd" errors over the next couple of weeks... I once did the opposite (used a D-series NVM in a 570) and although I felt like I restored the 570 NVM onto it properly and everything, and it did seem to work for the most part, it wasn't truly compatible. I kept having really unusual errors until I bought a new "blank" 570 style NVM module and installed it.

But, it does at least tell you which part was the problem! So even if it doesn't 100% work, you now know that you just need to get a new D-series NVM module.
