is the fuser binding also?

what did the customer say happened before the error popped?

310-330 is a fuser motor fault. Have you tried activating the motor from component control? If the motor is fine, but it is not activating, the MDM PWB is most likely the problem.

Hello. Your problem is the fuser. I had this error recently myself. It doesn't rotate smoothly and thus the error. Change the fuser and you'll see the problem is solved. Maybe lubricating the heating element will do it, i know there's a special oil for it. But i didn't tried it.
